01 General Terms & Eligibility

U9k.fun (hereinafter referred to as "u9k", "we", or "the platform") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and u9k governing your use of the platform.

By creating an account or using the u9k platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using u9k.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use u9k's services:

02 Account Registration & Management

A personal account is required to play on u9k. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

Key rules regarding your account:

  • One person, one account: Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
  • Password Security: Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone. u9k is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.
  • Information Updates: If your phone number, email, or payment details change, update your account immediately.
  • Account transfers are prohibited: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

U9k may initiate additional verification on any account at any time. This process may require photos of a national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

U9k currently supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

  • The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is listed on the payment page.
  • Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact customer support within 24 hours.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The payment method used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding BDT 10,000.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
  • U9k reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.
If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, u9k will notify law enforcement authorities and immediately freeze the relevant account.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

U9k regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, and by claiming a bonus you agree to those specific conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

  • Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager a specified multiple of the deposit plus bonus amount.
  • Reload Bonus: Periodic reload bonuses are available for existing members. Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering requirements.
  • Referral Bonus: Referring a friend earns you a set bonus amount. The bonus is credited to your account once the referred friend makes their first deposit.
  • You may not use another bonus while one is already active, unless explicitly permitted.

  • Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
  • Technical Errors: u9k is not liable for losses caused by technical errors or disconnections during gameplay. However, if a system error causes an incorrect winning amount to be displayed, the correct amount will be paid out.
  • Sports Betting: Bets can be placed before a match starts or in-play. u9k reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Live Casino: Ensure a stable internet connection when playing with a real dealer. If you are disconnected during a game, the outcome of the last round will be determined based on the server log.

06 Fraud & Security Policy

U9k is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action upon detection:

  • Using automated bots or software to play games.
  • Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error in the system.
  • Attempting to access the platform through hacking or any unauthorized means.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

If fraud is confirmed, u9k will immediately close the account in question, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

07 Responsible Gaming

U9k believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a primary source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Session Timer: You will automatically receive a reminder alert after a set period of time.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

  • If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority.

A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive account balances. To close your account, please contact customer support. Make sure to withdraw any eligible balance before closure.

You may request to close your account at any time. Your account will be closed within 72 hours of the request, and any eligible balance will be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

U9k is committed to delivering the highest quality service. However, u9k will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

  • Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or delays from third-party payment gateways.
  • Missed opportunities due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
  • Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence or actions by a third party.
  • Force majeure events (such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

In any dispute, u9k's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

11 Rule Changes

U9k reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notice to your registered email or post a clear announcement on the platform.

Continued use of u9k after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

12 Contact & Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process:

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be escalated to the senior management team.
  4. If both parties cannot reach a mutual agreement, the dispute will be resolved through a neutral third-party arbitration process.

All legal disputes with u9k will be resolved in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and u9k's licensing jurisdiction.
